It keeps alternating with rain, so it’s hard to tell, but that sure looks like big fluffy flakes of snow.
Weird.
ETA: It is SO snowing out!!! It looks like Christmas out here. Crrazzy.
It’s snow all right. At around 8 this morning my balcony looked like this.
