Shaina and Pat–

All of Goldworthy’s materials are taken from nature–leaves, icicles, twigs, stones, etc–all things that he finds in their natural habitat. He just rearranges them into something beautiful. photographs them and then allows them to return to the ecosystem as weather, etc. has its way with his “sculptures.”

I’m a longtime fan of his work — ten years ago when I was working at the bookstore I remember distinctly saving up the money to buy a coffeetable book of photographs of his stuff.

And yet I’d never thought to juxtapose his pieces with bereshit. Until now. So WOW, and thank you!
