November 25, 2004 | Filed Under Blog |How they make a mocha in Jerusalem–at my local joint, but other places too–is that they put a chocolate bar at the bottom of a cup and pour hot milk and coffee over it. You get a long spoon to stir up the chocolate bar into the rest of your drink.
