Reading your blog for the first time and loving it. I struggle with my role as a woman within halachic judaism. Last year, I was talked out of beginning to wear tzitzis by reasoning of "it will separate you from the community." Sigh... maybe once i'm old enough to live on my own.
Anyway, thank you for posting your facinating musings, and i have a question. What minyan were you davening in on Shabbat?

The davvening sounds amazing. I am so happy for you on that front (and a little envious, but that's okay; I got my excellent davvening experience for the year last month at Elat Chayyim, and that'll hold me until next time :-)

So glad you were able to show your tzitzit, too! What a wonderful thing.
